Problems with the survey that evaluates commercials

I have tried to finish the 35 cent survey where we evaluate commercials. I got to the last page where we move the slider to a specific number.  I did so and got an OK, that that is the end of survey. Nothing more. If I click on the OK, it brings me back to the page where I am asked to move the slider to 5. If I click next, the page does not go over to the next page. I can not get the congratulations page. If I try to back out of survey, I am told that my information will be lost.

Has anyone else done this survey today, Tuesday? Did you encounter any problems?  

Well, I checked my account and I got a penny for DQ'ng so I must have been over quota by the time that I finished the survey or it closed.
