Nightowl, even if I have to wake up earlier (for school, work, appointments).... I used to change and sleep a little bit earlier but I couldn't go to sleep... Bad case if I sleep earlier, I would not fall asleep until it's 2 am or later.... I did however sleep a little bit earlier (2 am to 1 am)

I am defiantly a night owl!  I feel like i am a lot more productive late into the night....I would rather be a morning person but my body doesnt seem to agree with me  :-[

I fit in all of the above. I am generally up by 6am. If I sleep until 8, my whole day is off. I go all day and usually head to my room to read by 11, but then I sit and read until about 1 am. I think I have done this for so long now that it is just habit and my body accepts it.

I don't think I'll ever be a morning person.  I've tried and tried.  When I worked and had to get up early, I never felt fully awake until mid morning, no matter how much sleep I had gotten.  But getting enough sleep was a problem.  I don't get sleepy until the wee hours.  Now that I'm retired, I can sleep like my body wants to.  I usually call it a night around three or four am, and I feel like I can get so much more done in the middle of the night.

I would have to say that I've been both.  I do not like having to wake up early in the morning but because of the baby I have to get up and pee alot.  I used to stay up late at night but now my body won't let me anymore.  But after the baby I will probably be back to staying up late again.  :)

Yep, I am in with the night owl crowd as well.  I have worked third shift most of my life and am suffering for it now.  I have tried every way imaginable to correct my system, but I am one who just starts to get tired around 7 am or so.

Who Who ME?   I am definately a night person.  Get up about noon and try to slip back between the sheets before the sun comes up.  Course I usually get by with 5 or 6 hours of sleep instead of the 7 or 8.
