Health issues
« on: August 10, 2013, 08:50:54 am »
Does any one have health issues that make you tired all the day and low energy?

I am not doing my best this week, I am on vacation from work, but tired all the time and in pain. I need motivation to keep making money this week.
 :( :'( :cat:

I have MS and Lupus so I am tired 24/7 and its no fun- I wake up just as tired as when i go to bed! I wish I could find away to sleep more sound but my legs bother me so at night and I have to toss and turn to find some comfort --I take lots of vitamin D because I cant be in the sun due to the lupus but nothing seems to help

Besides motivation, you might want to check with your doctor.

Plenty of sleep would help. Eating certain foods & drinks can drain a person of there energy. Try to avoid anything with high amounts of sugar and salt content in them. It's the hot months so thats another factor. Drinking plenty of fresh cool water may help some. Also anything that may get your blood pumping like walking or jogging. As for motivation id go with a some type of goal and try to reach it could be anything u wanna do persay
