I like computers a lot, too. Right now I know how to use both of them, PCs and Macs. I like to repair PC computers.

I have a T2825 e-machines PC - I had a virus and had to completely restore with my cd's. After I restored I had this problem. I couldn't re-install my printer, it would say my computer was not compatible it only had 448MB NOT READING it actully has 512MB. I asked some people for help and nobody could help me.  :BangHead:

Finally smoke came out of my brain LOL. I defragmented my computer - thought I didn't need to do that since I had just deleted everything. After the defragmentation I tried re-instanling and IT WORKED !

My lexmark printer is up and going again. Hope this tip helps someone out there. :D

You know, it was hard to get used to it, but I finally got one of those new MAC desktops. Wow. That thing is FAST!! And it is a major space saver without a separate CPU.

Now that I have switched from the PC mindset, I LOVE IT!!

(I still have my Dell laptop, but never use it)

I bought my MacBook a couple months ago and I don't know how I did any work without it. I do wish I spent more money on a MacBook Pro though with a bigger screen... Oh well.

Try taking the fan on the CPU or GPU off and then re-applying thermal paste to it.  Arctic Cooling 5 stuff always works well for me.

Also, try getting a thermal pad or one of those active fan things by Antec.  Works wonders when you're trying to watch tv on the couch.

@towelghost

You can actually buy an Apple Monitor of a bigger size to plug it in to your MacBook Pro.

I so desperately wish that I could get a Macbook. I hate Vista with all my heart. I hate it even more now that it somehow "accidentally" deleted plenty of my files that I was working on.
However, it may be worth noting that while I hate Vista, I love my poor laptop that has to run it. It's the most die-hard computer I've ever used.
