Today, Sunday, I had problems completing Paid To Click going through the daily email and new design. There were glitches and I was not able to complete it. I was using Safari. I changed to Firefox. I went to the Fusion Cash site and was able to complete Paid To Click using the old design. I did not have this problem previously.

The new design is cleaner and easy to navigate

Small glitch on the PTC page to report today.

Found the last offer click fixed as indicated above (the "2" - I should have known...  ;D)

After I completed the PTC today, I tried clicking on the link to refresh the page, and nothing happened.  Didn't refresh, didn't navigate anywhere.  Dead link.  Perhaps there's a rogue 3 someplace that needs taming?

I'm guessing not a lot of people click that link, typically I don't, but was curious to see if I'd get the page that indicates the offers to complete for the 5 cents requirement.

I had this also, but I just clicked the refresh on my browser and it worked fine.

Hi all,
We've been working on an update to FusionCash's site design.  It's getting close now, and we'd like to get your feedback on how it's going so far.

(Especially for Members w/o FC ToolBar)

That's a great idea (which has been implemented), especially for those who can't download the toolbar.

Glitch with the FC Surveys (actually this is happening on both the old and new designs).  When a survey completes, the redirect to the survey page is occurring within the popup survey window vs closing the window and refreshing the original page.

Original functionality - after a survey completed (successful or not), when I clicked the button to close, the survey popup window would close, then the FC survey page from my main window would refresh.

Current functionality - after a survey completed (successful or not), when I click the button to close, the page within the opened survey window refreshes to the FC survey page, while the original FC survey page still remains un-refreshed.  After closing the popup window, then the original survey page refreshes.

I've only worked this page with FF v22 and v23.

It's only a minor inconvenience, but worth adding to the "glitch" list.

I had this happen the other day too, and I also use Firefox.

Thanks for the bug reports.

1) The PTC issue with the "Refresh this page" link not working should (finally) be fixed.  It was missing quotation marks :)

2) I added some more hints (flashing backgrounds) for the sponsor and redeem areas to hopefully make them easier to locate/use.

3) I'm not sure why FC Survey DQ/success pages were not self-closing, but I've added some scripting to detect when that happens and self-close immediately.  It takes an extra couple seconds, but it's a temporary fix until we can get the change done on the FC Surveys side.

Also, I've made a number of adjustments to the color scheme and logo and would love feedback on the changes.  Please do a full reload (usually accomplished with CTRL+SHIFT+R or CTRL+F5) to make sure you have the latest changes, and set your zoom factor to 100% (CTRL+0).

I like it!

I like the buttons across the top that light up when I click them. Like the lighter shade of green on the buttons. I like that the Fusion Cash logo is a link that takes me to the main page.

I'm still not a fan of the white background, but at least it's not the glow in the dark white that lights up a room lol

It's looking really good.

See the notes on the fixes I reported.  I haven't re-tried the refresh button, I'll do that tomorrow to verify (glitchs and question marks and quotes...oh, my!   ;D).

Working the list of FC surveys - the popup window is closing and the original page is refreshing (mostly) as expected.

New issues to report on the FC surveys page:

1) There were some surveys that erred with the following page (http://s.fusioncashsurveys.com/Misc/err.htm).  That page contains a "Back" button.  When clicking on it, the button doesn't take you anywhere.  Not sure what it's supposed to do or where it's supposed to go.  Just guessing the error resulted in the surveys being SSI related surveys.  I found on another survey site I work that the SSI survey server appeared to be down this morning (at least), so if these surveys were targeting that server, that would explain the error.  I'm guessing you might have logs to look at to confirm the error was thrown from the survey target and not due to a FC page code issue.  Assuming so, the only "issue" is the "Back" button on the error page that does nothing at the moment.

2) I used the "x" to hide 3 of the surveys that erred.  I noticed after I worked another survey in the list, when the original page refreshed after completing said next survey, the hidden survey links reappeared.  I know you noted the survey site popup/page issue was a temporary fix - so this behavior might be related to the current solution.  Noting this so you are aware as that fix is revised.

That's all I noticed so far today.

That error page is hosted by Precision Sample (they run the FCSurveys platform) and it looks pretty generic.  That 'back' button is only going to work if there's a page to go back to -- and most likely that page would just dump you right to the error again so it seems to do nothing.  Not sure if this is a big enough deal to add to their plate - already have a bunch of bug reports queued.

Can't say for sure, but most likely the erroring surveys were re-added on Precision's end, with new survey IDs, so that people could try them a second time.  The 'ignore' mechanism works via this survey ID number (normally hidden to you) and so a new ID wont be blocked.  We have to do it this way since many different surveys have the same exact name.  You might say it works as intended, since they likely intended for you to be able to retry the messed-up surveys :)

Just a quick update: the issue with IE6/7 and PTC where the ad would "cover up" buttons is now fixed according to my testing.  If you had that problem, please try it again!
