Getting Discouraged

So I posted last week about the TV Ads Surveys freezing on me and opening a support ticket only to have it seemingly vanish.

Today I completed a survey and in the end, instead of going to the FC congrats screen, it went to a Vindale Research congrats message. This happened to me last month as well, and I was never credited for the survey.

I realize not everything credits every time, but I'm starting to feel like it's more of a 50/50 gamble, meaning my earnings will always be about half of what I earn. Has anyone ever resolved an issue with support here at FC? I have screen shots of both Vindale screens.

That has happened to me as well./....Try not to get too discouraged.....all and all I probably don't get credit for about 5 out of every 100 offers I do....That's about a 95% success rate....I am happy with that.....make sure you clear your cookies out regularly (that will help)
Plus it also helps to leave the success page up after you complete an offer until you get the credit.
Some offers get rerouted for some reason and you end up on the Vindale site.....that's not FC's fault.....its just routed wrong....it happens but try to stay positive.....you can make good money here on FC

I think that updating your browser(and all addons) and clearing your cookies more frequently will cut down on crediting issues

I use firefox as my main browser but I do fusioncash on IE and have that set to delete all cookies and temporary files every time it closes. I don't get credit for maybe 5% of anything I do and I usually take (and get credited for) multiple surveys a day.

I'm already at $18.12 for the month so if you keep trying it can be done

I appreciate the replies. I know it happens to all of us sometimes, it just doesn't feel like sometimes anymore. Last month I spent an evening working on FC and finished 2 of the FC surveys but did not receive credit either and also had the TV Ads survey freeze on me that same night. That's not sometimes, it's 0 for 3. I clear my cookies, leave the window open, and take screen shots of every completed survey.

I will keep plugging away, just doing fewer and fewer surveys. Mostly I wanted to know if anyone has had a positive experience with FC support, and in reading throughout the forum, the answer isn't very favorable.

Don't feel bad. Even when I get the 5 cents qualifier for Paid to Click, I don't get credit...no matter what I do. lately there hasn't been any videos for me to watch either and I never seem to qualify for surveys.  I had joined another place at the same time only doing emails and doing better than FC. Yet, I had felt FC was a great place to be.

Oh, and support disappears never to be heard from again. I've tried 3 times over the past few months about PTC with no results. So I'm in the same boat as you, only I will soon be losing my credits due to the 180-day rule because I still don't qualify for a cashout.
