No, my gorgeous English bulldog is going to the bathroom outside. He wakes us up every morning with two barks to let us know he has to go to the bathroom.

If he is a puppy he probably needs more puppy house training.  If he is older and was housebroken, there may be a medical issue.  If he checked out ok, maybe there is something "new or different" in the house and it is a dominant issue.  If he's an "older" dog, he might not be able to help himself.  I had an elderly dog who had accidents so I got wee-wee pads (at any pet store, Petco, PetSmart, etc), put them down in my family room which has tile floors, and problem solved.  Good luck!

I also have a beagle and very adorable, how can you not fall in love with this little one. But according to the research, this breed of dog is not a smart one but their sense of smell is very strong. So its kinda difficult to train this dog.  :) :) :) I love my Totsie

My pug is very good one, he always bark and run to the door if he needs to go in the bathroom.

My dog still goes on the puppy pads. When we got her my husband and I had crazy work hours so she would go on the puppy pads. When we would get home and let her out she would never go. We tried for months but she she just wouldn't go outside. We live on the 3rd story so that made it a little difficult too. Id wait for her to start sniffing the pee pad and I'd grab my shoes and take her out but it was like she would forget she had to go potty and start chasing butterflies instead. Lol. We eventually gave up. I hate that she goes on the puppy pads still but I guess its better than the carpet.

my dog is using the bathroom in the house after I take out he is a beagle mixed  with something as soon as I take out he pees and then poops we are out their for about 20min and as soon as I get back in side about 10min he poops in house what can I do about it
If this is a continuous habbit and training don't help
there is another approch..
You could try that potty patch..
i'm not sure if it will work or anything
but if you could get them to go to that one spot with the potty patch
then maybe gradually you can make them go outside by moving the spot closer to outside.
