land-line or cell

No favorite, I have both but use them for different purposes; my land line at home and my cell when I am out. I know many people have gone to just the cell; but it works better for me with both; so no plans right now to get rid of land line.

Don't have land line anymore just cell phone know it hardly rang so why pay the money for it.

We have both. I have threatened to give up the land line several times lately but I guess old habits die hard because I am always persuaded to keep it.

I'm probably one of the few that doesn't have a cell phone.

I haven't used a land line in years.  I don't miss it at all.  I don't get very many calls so it's $$$ saved.

My cell phone sucks at my house...but I do not have a land line...you pretty much need a cell phone now a days.

We only have cell phones. But mine is listed as the home number so every call from the two schools come through to me where ever I may be just encase. My parents still have both but my mom hardly uses her cell. mostly she has it for when she is out of the house and has an accident or something. (She is handicapped and has fallen one to many times so the cell is to call for help.) There are times that she will call me from her cell. Daddy always has his on him cause he works in my brothers shop. we don't like to tie up the business line so we call on the cell. Even my brother will ring my dad from his cell if he is working on a car and one of his employees is on the shop line with a customer.

you are right cell do suck my cell is always on the brink whenever I try to make a call I have to go outside and then I can hardly hear on it so I would a land line is better but more and more people are switching to cell phone . cell phone are cheaper if you go with prepaid no bill

My cell phone gets no signal in my house so I have to have a land line too!

We have both. I use the landline rarely. It is come with the internet either wr use it or not our internet bill will stay the same unless I use it to call long distance. And we are planning to disconnect it because of so many unimportant callers like selling insurances etc. Very annoying and disturb my baby sleeping.

My husband and I only have our cell phones.
