Problem with survey

I just finished a survey and got a message at the end telling me that there was a problem receiving my information and to contact site administrator.

I opened a support ticket.

Has anyone else ever received a message like this? The survey that I just completed was the one where we evaluate commercials.

I've received that type of message occasionally.  Since they didn't receive your information due to some computer glitch, you will probably not get credit.

Modern technology is marvelous, but when communication breaks down, and it will for a variety of reasons, it's disappointing.

Thanks for your feedback. I assumed that it was a computer glitch and felt that I would not get credit. I opened a support ticket. However, I ended up getting credit for the survey some hours later.  Pleasant surprise! I closed my support ticket. Glad to be able to do that.

they always tell me i do not quilify for surveys.

I have not receive a message like that, but they always gave me message like this, Sorry,but you are qualified for the this survey at the current time. Got this message since June, I still try once in a while, but still the same.

I don't expect making money of all surveys anymore, I made money in radio loyalty and human Task and sometimes watching video.
