I hadn't heard about people using FusionCash from work. Doesn't seem worth it to me to risk getting your account deleted!

Account deleted and/or Fired.  Many companies do more than frown on 'outside the company' internet usage on their computers. There are too many pitfalls on the internet that could infect a company computer.  I'll stick w/ a home computer.

I have seen many comments here about people using Fusioncash at work. There are a couple of details to think about.

First if you are the ONLY one on your network using it, you could get away with it. However, if anyone else on your entire computer network gets the same idea, you could both be terminated from Fusioncash.

If you ONLY use it at work, you are possibly OK, but if you use it both at work and at home you are in violation and could be terminated from Fusioncash.

It's in the Terms that we can only use Fusioncash from our home computer and no one else can have an account at the same location. They check IP addresses to determine this, so don't have more than one, which includes not using a cellphone (different IP) unless it's from home on Wii-Fi.

I love Fusioncash, so I am not willing to take a risk to get a few extra sessions. I only use mine from home on my computer.
Hi Warren, does this mean we can't use the library or Starbucks?  What about people that travel?  I use my relatives Wi-Fi all across the country, none of them have fusion cash, but darn I travel a lot and I am trying my best to follow Fusion Cash rules to the letter.  I guess I need to invest in mobile broadband.

If you want to abide by the rules, you can ONLY use your own home computer from home. Mobile broadband will not work unless you leave your home computer running with a remote client like Team Viewer running, then access it from any Internet connection to run Fusioncash at home while you are away.
Thanks for that information Warren, now I am worried that I won't get credit for the whole time I have been on Fusion Cash.  I know it is not your fault but I wish they would make that clear when we sign up for it.   I appreciate you very much.

It is stated very clearly I thought:

Users must log in and use FusionCash on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a FusionCash account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your FusionCash account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other FusionCash user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.

Ok so I've got a possibly dumb question... If I use my Kindle on my home Wi-Fi to access Fusion Cash will it still be the same IP address as my computer?

That would be the same IP address, it's your router that determines it.

It must be nice that some people would have a job that they would have time to do FusionCash. I am retired but when I did work I was on my work computer all day and did not have any extra time for anything else. I was lucky if I would get everything done I was responsible for. Of coarse where I worked their theory was that they could do more work with less people. Glad to be retired from that stress. :BangHead:

I don't work anymore but when I did I would have never used my computer at work for personal stuff. It is just a moral thing. It's like cheating

I don't know why anyone would risk their FusionCash account by trying to access their FusionCash account from work or out on the road traveling......not worth that risk to me.....

Also, NOT worth risking my JOB either.

Thank you oldbuddy for putting all the rules here for Everyone to see:

I will be moving in  2 weeks, can you give me a little more info on where I can get a remote client and which one is the best in your opinion.  Thanks for all your help Warren.
