I do extra posts (while I know 30 is required), I like to check in daily and read what others have posted.  I am older but wiser, and I figure that if, by sharing my experience with someone who is going through a similar predicament, I may make them think, I don't mind.

I already have 30 but I am going to do more because it is my understanding that sometimes some of them do not count. Therefore I will always make more than 30 post each month.
