Paid Videos are not working
« on: July 23, 2013, 11:55:35 pm »
Whenever I try to watch a paid video, it never gets past the black circle loading bar.:( I let it sit for a minute or two, but nothing happens. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks

What browser are you using? I was able to watch the two videos that were available to me this morning using Google Chrome.

Try clearing you cache and history then go back to the videos tab.

What kind of internet connection do you have? I have HughesNet (satellite internet), and it does that sometimes. It has to do with the lag time or latency. You can try resetting your modem and see if that helps at all.

I also use Google Chrome, and the last time I cleared my cache it didn't work. I think that might have been because there was a few days in between clearing the cache and trying the videos.

I have Frontier. I tried resetting the modem but it didn't work.
