pcs orders

so ex husband got orders to to move to different state do i need a lawyer to modify custody... and he is a horrible father can i get full custody? my daughter is almost 12 i have 2 kids live in texas...

I've been told that the courts usually side with the mother on these issues.

Yes you need a lawyer.  Just because you say he is a horrible father the courts have to verify this. At least protect yourself and have a lawyer. Good Luck :thumbsup:
