Problem with one of the companies

I did the Amazon Diet free trial...

First off, they double charged me for shipping and handling, so, I called and complained about it cause one they're suppose to reimburse you for the charge.  They told me I never ordered it, on my bank statement I have proof that I did and that they took it out twice.  How am I suppose to go about to turn them in.  They're not sending me the product, doubt I will get credit for it (which is 15.00) plus, they could overdraw my account because of this.

I tried to talk to the supervisor with the company and they refused to send me through to them...  Any suggestions of what I should do in this situation because this situation is really turning me off of fusioncash also, cause I have to return my baby's things to make those checks good...

FC cannot and will not help you, its between you and the advertiser..best bet is to call your credit card issuer, and tell them your problem, they may give you the number to the fraud department, i been thru somethin similar with an offer from another site, an had to close that account an reopen a new one..people need to be real careful when dealing with free trials...and always..ALWAYS..go to http://www.ripoffreport.com and do a search of the item BEFORE you order it...an extra $15 may not be worth the headache you get from foolin with unscrupulous advertisers....
