daily cash email

 >:(Am having trouble everyday getting the daily email to open up.  Have tried every one of the browsers for this and have tried going back later in the day and it still won't open.  What seems to be the problem with the email lately.  Thank for any help you can give me.

Do you mean the email itself won't open in your inbox or that the link you click on in the email won't open?

I have not had any problems, but as I've noticed with other sections, you may just need to be persistent.  Clear your cookies and try again.  Don't even worry about signing back in.  When you try and open the email, it will automatically prompt you to sign in if you haven't already. 

As I have been noticing through random topics in the forum, I think there is new adware that is not being detected by most protection programs.  I had issues the past several days that my "Spybot Search and Destroy" were not detecting.  They managed to detect them today and remove them and I haven't had any problems.  But the problems are reoccurring.  So every few days, I have enough issues to run my antivirus and spyware sweeper (I use spybot because it is free, effective, and I have never had problems with the free version.). 

My general conclusion..... some ingenious hacker has hacked their way to their 15 minutes of fame.  It seems like loads of people are having problems.  I have the similar problem and narrow it down to spyware/adware.  So double check your system for ickiness.  =)

From what it seems to me, the problems are not FC's fault.  It's personal computer related.  So try to clean up your system and see if the problems persist.  I recommend signing in upon startup.  Try not to run anything other than the window that shows your email.  If that doesn't help, you got me!!!

Try using a different browser if you have the option also. Sometimes it shows a blank page for me in Firefox, but if I use Safari the link loads fine. You can copy and paste the link to the new browser.

I have had similar issues for the past three days. I can get the daily email open and click on the ad but then the pop up box comes up only half filled, and does not give the clue for me to respond to. Same thing is happening for me then in the paid to click area, I go through all 4 steps and when I get to the end the pop up comes up only partially and then there is nothing for me to respond to in order for me to submit. Cleared cookies, cache etc. tried Firefox, my regular, had to download safari to try it, no luck, even resorted back to IE and nothing. Double checked that I do not have pop up blocker enabled. Submitted a support ticket on the first day it happened to me and still no response. Disappointing. Will try one more virus scan and see if that does it. Otherwise with no videos, all the tasks that I can figure out how to do, the only things left for me are radio and searching and those will take forever for me to reach my cash out.

you might check that you dont have a pop up blocker on that is preventing it from opening up.

admin added three new links today, one to refresh the code, refresh the whole box, or to present it audio. However for me there was no change and no box to place anything into if it had changed or if there had been an audio presentation that had been successful. Resent another support ticket with that update. Hopefully with everyone working together it will be resolved soon. Was also told in a snarky fashion that many people have success each day with the captcha's I have normally not had problems with the captcha's as long as there was a place to input the information.

I havn't had any trouble getting my daily email or getting it to open.  It seems to be working as normal it has to be something on your end.  I would check with fusion cash open a trouble ticket they may be able to help you.

The issue is still not solved and today I didn't receive the daily cash email.  Have cleared all cookies and cashes.  Nothing is working and have opened a support ticket on it also.
