Have you ever had a relaxation drink? NOT wine!!!

Hey Guys,

I'm about to exercise and after I'm done, I'm going to drink me
a cold bottle of Neuron Bliss, it will be my first time.  There's others
out there, for example; Bob Marley relaxation drink, which I tried but I
couldn't relax because I was in a room full of people, kids included and I was
eating and I'm not 100%   sure if I should have eaten food with it.

Most people drink energy drinks prior to working out some and probably most
are bad for your heart.

I wonder if certain relaxation drinks are bad for your heart, what do you think?

My favorite relaxation drink is Sleepytime tea with vanilla.  So good and so relaxing.  Tension Tamer is another good one.  I think they are both made by Celestial Seasonings.

My favorite relaxation drink is a big glass of ice water poured over crushed ice. Of course I live in Oregon where the water actually tastes good.
