Anyone want to count daily calories and record them here? Feel free to periodically share, or keep a daily count going.  ;)

I am trying to cut calories and drop some weight.

7/11- 1250 calories
7/12- 1400 calories

I have maintained a 1300 calorie intake for about 90 days now. But it's the 3 mile walk that really helps!

I like using the loseit website to count calories. You can look up foods so your don't have to remember exact calories for everything you eat. Plus you can use it on the computer or phone app. I used to use it when I was trying to lose weight and lost 50lbs last year. Now I am just mostly trying to maintain my weight and don't use the program as much. Of course diet, exercise and supplements all helped with the process.

Counting calories is definitely a must-do for weight loss. It's 80 percent diet!

7/11- 1250 calories
7/12- 1400 calories

Calorie counting is good but EXERCISE will also help.  Remember, you must eat BALANCED MEALS and keep the calories at a level for your appropriate height, age and build.  Sometimes a calorie intake of 1400 is not enough and sometimes it's too much - it all depends on those factors.  In addition, keeping a food log of everything you eat and drink helps!  Good luck!!!

I have no idea how to go about counting calories. I do want to lose some weight. I'm not on a diet I just take up jogging. So I run five days a week. It seem to be working. But the calories count not a clue.
