Surveys with Attachment

I completed two FC surveys this evening and was credited for 75 cents each    but each one came with that attachment on shopping, foods and beverages. Has anyone figured out what that is? I answer just a few of the questions, then hit cancel and I get a congratulation page followed by credit. Is everyone getting the attachment after taking a survey? How do you handle the attachment?

I have been getting this attachment to every FC Survey I have completed or DQ'ed recently. The way I handle it is just click "cancel". I have clicked "save" before after completing the questionnaire and I don't get the congrats page. So your best bet is to click on "cancel". I hope the Fusion Cash Staff fixes this problem soon.

I learned from other people's posts to just scroll down the bottom and hit cancel. When it first happened, I completed the whole thing, but it didn't submit and I lost my penny for trying. Then when I tried another survey and the sames questions came up, I tried completing the questions again. I finally got what to do after checking on the forum.

I got it too.  It took me three tries to complete it.  They ask about the beer I drank in the past three months and I haven't had any.  I don't like beer.  I hit "save" and nothing seems to happen.  I scrolled up and it had "required" in red so I selected "other" and clicked "save" again.  Then it went through.  I think they're looking for basic info so they know which surveys to give us.

It's just the Shopper Profile, which is the newest profile survey.
If you complete it via your FC Surveys page (http://www.fusioncash.net/fcsurveys.php) it should stop appearing at the end of Paid Surveys.

Thanks, I thought so.  Maybe now I'll get better surveys and fewer instant DQ's.

I have been getting that also and sometimes when you hit save it won't go away. It's messed up
