HELP!!!! I`m burning up!!!!

Any ideas how to cool down quick ; ac ,cool shower,fan and cold wash rag doesnt help one bit

Drink a glass of water, room temperature, not cold. And put a cool damp cloth on the left side of your neck to cool your blood going to your brain. (I know, sounds weird, but it works.)

If nothings helps, I would suggest seeing your doctor. He or she could help you find the cause of why you are feeling so hot.

Make sure you stay hydrated.  One trick I have used is to put your feet in a basin with cold water ( you can add ice if you like) while you sit. I notice that my sense of cold and hot is very aligned with the temperature of my feet. If my feet are hot I will feel hot even when it is cold elsewhere and vice versa. Make sure not to do it for too long though.

Ice pack on left side of neck and feet in ice water might help, it helps me when my blood pressure gets to high.

sit down/lie down and do nothing!

make no movement whatsoever and you'll be cooler than if you were moving

One of the quickest ways to cool down fast is to run very cold water over the inside area of your wrists. The cold water hitting the pressure points in that area will quickly cool you down.

medicine. I always take 2 caps of tylenol.

its not good to take it with an empty stomach. it's not good to take any meds with an empty stomach.

if you can't eat or haven't eaten, drink milk.
