Where can i find patience for ignorant people you explain something to them they half listen ,do job wrong ,then call you ADUH dont know what happened?
it is like what the bible says... dont waste your time throwing pearls at pigs they just trample on them  bc they dont know any better... if u r on a higher level than ignorant people they dont get it prob never will...just as a christian trys explaining the biblical truth to nonbelievers...  Duh!  lol...it is frustrating just dont turn blue in the face  walk away nothing u can do

I think we have all experienced this at some point. Sometimes we just have to grin and bear it! :dontknow:

I trained people on a regular basis in my last job and could not believe how many people choose not to listen or even pay attention. I learned to identify the more ignorant ones from the less ignorant ones by two factors; if they brought a pen and pad of paper to take notes and if they asked questions. Those were the keepers.

I am trying to figure this out.  If you mean that you are trying to train someone for a job and the person is not listening or making an effort, it is frustrating.  If you are a supervisor, working for a company, it will not bode well for you if you send that person on and they don't know how to do the job.  It will come back to you that you did not do your job.  As an older person, I can see so much difference in the job force these days from what it was when I started working.  So many people don't even care if they perform well.  I always thought if you were hired to do a job, no matter what, you should do it well.  You never know when it might well be a stepping stone to something better.

Its very frustrating dealing with people sometimes!  I hate it when I'm at a social gathering, talking with someone and they ask me a question but before I answer it, I see their attention is going somewhere else.  I never know if I need to answer them anyway or just walk away!  lol
