Hope you aren't rained out! I live on the gulf coast and we had rain for about 3 weeks. I felt sorry for the vacationers. Today is the first time I've seen a sunny day in a long time.

My sister live is Mississippi she said she gets lots of rain

I will have my vacation this coming November 6 to December 10 in Asia to visit family and friends. I am so excited about it for over two years of living here in the US.

i need a vacation but haven't had one in 3years+ My sister takes one every 3 mos. this month she decided to come to where i live, i tried to explain that i did not have the money to go out or to take off work, all she did was wine that she would not get another vacation until christmas

wow the farthest we have gone is 4 from home but i not a good car rider

well i know my 8 year old grandson will be good he loves being outside my 3 year old granddaughter might be ok because she can swimm all day but my 10 year old granson going to go nutts without his computer and or video games

ow wonderful, your 3 yo granddaughter able to swim already? How old she is when she started to learn swimming?

the only bad thing about the vacations  is when you have to return  them and get back to the daily grind

Oh my i would love to go on a vacation, and i don't care if it is just for a couple of days, but right now having to be here for my dad is hard. My brother is busy farming down in southern Texas and my sister lives in Alaska and is only here for a couple of weeks every 4 months, but she is wanting everyone to do for her that i find it hard to get away even if she is here.  Farming will wind down some after the first of the year. But then my brother has to go for treatmest for his prostate for 5 weeks every day so he still want be here to help. Sure glad i have had some good trips before all this.

I can't get my boyfriend to go vacation if it was going to save his life. Any suggestions on what I could do?

here we go again! Due to leave wed morning to go camping at lake anna and yet again they calling for rain,this time taking grandkids 8,10 and 3

 i love going on a vacation, just came back overseas to see my family. had so much fun i did not want to come back to work yet.

Wow - that is ambitous.....hope you are not ground camping but have an RV to make life easier.  I remember my camping trips as a kid...drive the station wagon as far as it would go then carry all that s.... til Dad said we had arrived, then back to the car for a second load.  Usually a beautiful spot but not like camping is done today!  We didn't have a tent til my teen years.
