having a really bad day

Lately Ive been having back pain but its startin g to get worst. I took 800 milligrams of ibuprofen and it didn't work. I told my spouse about my about my back pain and he started making fun of me. I got so upset that I got up and tried to leave the room. he grabbed my arm and tried to make me stay on the couch .I kept saying let me go and he was still laughing.I got mad when he finally let me go i poppedhim in the head.I know i was wrong but it feel like :sad1: he trying to bully me.

if your having back pain and nobody believes you that just makes your pain worse. I hope it goes anyway soon
