Travel & Entertainment profile survey glitch

In the daily section of offers, I clicked on the FC Surveys box. It says get $.50 for completing all of your profile surveys. Completed all except the last one (travel and entertainment) because when I click save, it pops up with the red word "Required" over a section I did complete. (The one with the bubbles for "How many days a week do you do the following?")

It's as if it is not registering my clicks. Anyone know what to do to fix it? I have waited 24 hours to see if maybe it was just an internet glitch. ???

I am having something similar happening to me when I attempt a Fusion Cash survey. I complete a rather lengthy questionnaire about where I shop and what I buy but there is a section where I get a red "required answer" even though I have answered the question. I am unable to submit the questionnaire and get no credit. Other members are having similar problems with that survey.

I believe there is a glitch but I do not know where it is. It will probably be fixed soon.

you might try opening a support ticket.  :dontknow:

I read somewhere else on the forum that when you get that survey, just click "Cancel" instead of "Save" and you'll at least get the penny DQ.

I'm having the same problem too. There's a glitch that will not allow me to save the questionaire after each completion of FC surveys. I just click canceled and do them later until they are fixed.
