I weighed two hundred and thirty six pounds after I broke my foot and have gone down to about two hundred and two pounds. My average weight is one hundred and ninety pounds but one hundred and eighty five pounds is my ideal weight. I lived in Florida for a year and dropped down to one hundred and sixty pounds by biking to and from work every day in the heat. Plus I wasn't eating as much-didn't have much time to eat because I was constantly working or sleeping. I was too skinny when I lived in Florida and anything, for me, over two hundred and twenty pounds, is too heavy. I never want to do anything at that weight.
