what is the most you've ever weighed?

The most I ever weighted was 207lbs at 6'1; that was back in May of last year.  But since then, I shredded down to now 160.5lbs. I'm now training for boxing.

The most I have weighed has been; I think 254. I lost a bit of weight, but I happen to be stuck at 224 - 230 off and on.

I don't know the exact weight, but I do know that it's not good for me and it certainly doesn't feel good to be so heavy. I'm currently at the heaviest I've ever been and I think I'm still gaining weight.  It's so darn difficult to shed these excess pounds! I was really close to my goal weight a couple years ago and then...... well, here I am.

When I was 9 months pregnant with my heaviest baby I got up to 192. Then after I had him I bounced back and forth between 150 and 160 and then settled on 160 then I bounced back and forth between 165 and 174.  I underwent a weight loss journey May 12 of last year and I'm currently 134 with a goal of 125.

Years ago I ballooned up to nearly 200 pounds.  It was a low point in my life and food was comforting.  Now I usually stay around 150.  I'm 5'10"
so that works for me.

I think  I got to 195 lbs at one point. I am only 5' 10" so that was pretty heavy for me.!! I am retired Military so I never weighed over 165lbs, as soon as I retired, the first couple of months I put on weight - about 20 lbs. I guess because I got so inactive with my exercising I just started pounding on the weight. I now stay pretty constant from 180-185  lbs. I would like to get down to around 170 lbs but, now my age is a factor, I used to be able to exercise and get my weight down. I don't consider myself overweight but, I could loose about 10-15 Lbs.

what is the most you've ever weighed? I weighed 220 until I got a hiatal hernia in late 2003 and then had the surgery in 2004 and went down to 184. am currently weighed in at 183 lbs.

It was when I was pregnant and honestly I don't remember lol! That was far too long ago!

  over 300 and am not gonna be any more specific than that - I am about 5'11.  I have lost over 50 lbs and still working on it but it is a daily struggle that is for sure. Best of luck to all of you seeking to lose weight.

The highest weight I have gained was 40 lbs. I am 5'3" and my weight was always 100-105. And then I got pregnant and went to 145 lbs. Now my son will turns 5 mons on the 5th and my weight is 107 lbs. I didnt do any exercise yet because I was CS I am just lacking of sleep but I enjoy every single second of my time spending with my son. Feeling blessed

uggg,,,  shamefully i have weighed like 185    and I  am only 5' 1"  tall.  am down to 165 now and working on another 10 lbs.  taken a long time to do it but I am gonna do it

I tipped the scale at 311 when my youngest son was born....it was the biggest I have ever been, I try really hard not to reach that weight again....but it's so hard to keep it off......

I think i got up to 210 lbs at one point, thats pretty fat for me, my doctor and mom said that I need to lose weight if I dont want diabetes

I am 5'0" and the most I've ever weighed was 116 lbs about a year and a half ago...I am now 100 lbs.
