I've been feeling really blah for like 2 weeks now. Have no idea what it's from. Although I do agree about the weather playing apart. It has been really hot for a few days and then it has rained for a few days and keeps going back and forth.

I find when the seasons change so does my body.  That's when I get to feeling "blah"!!!!!!!

I totally understand.  Friday I didn't feel good and slept all day.  It started the night before and I told my family I wasn't feeling well and so no one could reach me Friday and I had everyone worried so I had a house full around 5pm.  I get in home care and my husband was gone so that is why everyone was worried I just didn't hear the phone while I was sleeping.

i have those days. nothings really wrong, I'm not sick just fell blah. If it continues though you should talk with a doctor.

Lots of things can make you feel that way. Whenever I'm coming down with a cold the day before I feel that way. No energy and just not feeling right. I hope you feel better soon.

Mondays are my blah days due to my weekend work schedule.  I work late Friday nite, then Saturday and Sunday day shifts.  My wagon is draggin by Monday ...
