what does this means?

A survey is usually "revoked" when the answers don't match your profile or when you speed through them. For example, some surveys are expected to take 20 minutes, but if you finish them in 10 then you might get denied (even though you read everything and answered honestly). I'm not saying that's what was done, but sometimes it happens. It means they won't get credit for the survey they completed.

That is the reasons for being disqualified. I have never heard of having one revoked. I would want an answer for why if it happened to me. That would be a deal breaker imho.
