Routine

Do you have a routine you do every morning/day? like I get up and go to the bathroom, then wash my hands and face and then I do 3 miles on the bike before I start my day....what do you do?

I get up, take the dog out,  turn on the Today show, start my coffee brewer and turn on my computer, then I do my FC routine (Email, PTC, Videos, FC Surveys and Forums).  After that, I take a shower and start my day.

I get up, drink a couple glasses of water, do some jumping jacks, read, meditate, eat, and then stretch. Then I go to the gym to get in all my basketball work and lifting.

I have a 9 year old boy so my routine revolves around him.

I do something called "Pattern Planning" every night to assign tasks for every time slot in the next day. Of course it never goes exactly as I plan it, but it always leaves me something to do and leaves me feeling accomplished at the end of the day.

For instance, I spend about a 30 minute period daily doing stuff like fusion cash. No more than that.
