Fusion Cash survey not loading

I clicked on it to open the survey, got a blank page that never loaded the survey. After waiting several minutes, I clicked out of it and the FC page blanked out, but the survey didn't go away. I tried clicking on it again, but now it says I've already taken the survey.

I didn't, because it never came up. It's not showing in my bonus list either.

Maybe you need to refresh sometimes when that kind of situation happen.
Mostly it always happened to me, and I always refreshed it and bang!!! good as it used
to be...

That's the way it goes with those surveys.  If you've clicked on it ONCE, whether it loads or not, you won't be able to click on it again.  Yes, it will still be present in your list but is now worthless.  It happens sometimes.

And there's the answer! I was using Chrome, which I hardly ever do on FC. Firefox seems to work better with my computer. (It's old  )

Thank you for the info on the browser.   I have never had this happen to me, but I was considering getting firefox.  So I think I will.

The same thing happend to me today but when I went to do it , it said that there is an error. So I closed it and it disappeared from the survey area, so I refreshed it. When I refreshed it , it showed up but it still had an error for quite a few times of doing the refreshing and clicking it again to do. Finally, it started to work but I didn't qualify for it.

This has happened to me the last four survey's I have tried to take out of the Fusion Cash ones.  It stinks because I'm stalled out at 60% loading on a $4.20 one that I probably would have passed for.  I am using Chrome.  Apparently I should attempt Firefox.  But I already have Explorer so I could use the toolbar and my internet provider can only use Explorer to fix issued on their end when out for tech support.  But adding another browser may be worth the frustration I have had with them not loading lately.

Yes I know that feeling and trust me it could be very disheartening. When I first joined FC, I relied heavily on the surveys and had several experiences including the one you just mentioned. Then I logged a support ticket but was informed that there is nothing they could do to help me. So I accepted it and moved on. The best advice I can give is that once you attempt a survey and that happens, just close your eyes and walk away to the next one. All the best as you earn...

I was using google chrome for both videos and surveys because I often had trouble with other servers. Very recently, I began to get an error message when I tried to access surveys using chrome. I still can not. I have to now use firefox or safari to access the surveys but I can still use chrome to view videos.
