desk top or lap top

I use both too. ut I like the desktop model better. The lap top is great if I want to sit and relax or if I need it away from home but I'm more comfortable with the desktop.

right now I have a desk top that I use.  But for my birthday I am getting a lap top. Have been wanting one for awhile but didn't want to spend the money getting one.  So I can use the desk top for playing games and surveys and the lap top for my important work.

I prefer a desktop computer because they last longer...Laptops break easily and cost a lot, and can be very cheap.

I had a laptop several years ago but I prefer my desktop.  I'm more comfortable with it.  I do much better if I have a mouse.

I really like my desktop more, but the laptop does allow me more freedom as it is, naturally more portable. Have not really looked much at the tablets and ipad thingys, and absolutely have no desire to ever get on the phone for anything other than actually talking to people. Yeah, I'm just an old fuddy-duddy...

I switched to a laptop about a year ago and so glad I did.  I love that it can easily go places with me.  I will never have a desktop again.
