computer issues

Well it looks like lots of problems with Window 8. Hum! I am still using Windows 7. I was wondering if Windows 8 was good, but I've heard lost of issues with it. I guess I will stay with my Window 7 until they take care of all those clichés.

When I go to help and support and it gives me the message I am not connected to the internet.  I don't use AOL.  The problem I am having now is that my cursor skips all over the page when I am typing.  It is so frustrating  because I don't know what caused it to go crazy or how to the problem.

     

I was told that internet explorer causes that. The only thing that they told me to do was change browsers or reinstall it.

I still use Windows XP, but I have a good friend I need to help a lot and he has Windows 8 that works fine. I work on it a lot and never have a problem. After all, it's an operating system and they all do the same thing, run programs.

no I have not had this problem because the new laptop I bought had windows 8 on it.  Windows 8 takes some getting used to, but I'm beginning to like it.

Not if you use Linux instead of Windows.

I am running wndows 8 and it is taking some time to get used to but I am not having any problems with it yet, but I will be on the look out thanks for heads up!!

I don't honestly know since I don't use them, but that should be a function of your browser and not the operating system

I do use the Simple Timer add-on for Firefox and it works fine.

No problem so far, just having problems with the daily email in my inbox to open.
