ghost stories

Lately, I've found myself addicted to ghost stories on the Bio channel.  I especially love the Celebrity Ghost Stories and A Haunting Of...   Does anyone else watch these shows???

I like a good ghost story every now and then, but I am not a great fan of ghosts.  I am certain there are ghosts that exist in some form or another.  I was told that my father died when I was 2 and I was watching TV one day.  The rest of the story goes that my father's ghost came to visit me and I screamed.  My sister was always being scared by ghosts.  My late grandmother told the ghosts to leave my sister alone.  The ghosts paid her back by bowling in the couch when my sister and I were gone for the weekend. I have heard that you are supposed to talk to them and tell them to go to the light.  I cannot say that I have seen one lately.
