What do you do to relax and unwind at the end of the day?

I usually read a book. sometimes I like to have a beer. The best chill'n for me though is taking a nice nap and waking up refreshed.

Doing nothing helps me relax. I can also relax from playing video games.

After a long day at work the first thing I do after I get home  I make food dishes for my outside cats. then empty my lunch kit, pet whichever one of my indoor cats ( I have 8 of them) greets me at the door. I'll give them a late snack then grab a beer, head upstairs, kiss my sleeping wife, then get in the shower with my beer, shower and drink my beer, finish, dry off, then go to bed.

I am so tired when I get home from work all I do is lay on couch and watch tv but then I fall asleep and have to get up and go to bed.  Hope everyone has a good Monday and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

I like to recap my achievements for the day...watch some tv....sleep.

My favorite thing to do is just lie down and turn on the TV.  I find my mind just focuses on what's on so  I quickly forget whatever else I was doing earlier in the day.  Naps also work for me.  Naps especially work if I'm in a bad mood or stressed from work.  I lie down for an hour and, when I wake up, my mood has shifted to something lighter.

It varies--watch tv, play with the parrot, have popcorn, read magazines-- whatever I'm in the mood for.
