If I run into something I need to know about I can usually find a related thread in the Forum and it sure helps.  I used to never go to the Forum for help but figured out how useful it can be and have used it a lot since then. I like to see if people are getting credit for certain things before I try them out and if I happen to be one of the first to try a new offer I try to remember to post about it in the Forum to help others.
