Bake or Fry?

I do like fried food, but it's not good for me, so I tend to bake or broil at home.

Obviously baking is better for you but I love fried foods. It holds in that moisture and flavor and just makes everything delicious

   I do of course prefer to eat most of my foods fried....but I know that eating them baked is so much better for your health..I think I should start baking more things

It would depend on the food, for me. I may prefer something fried or I may prefer it baked.

I would say it depends on what i'm cooking. Some food it's better to fry and some I prefer to bake. But don't fry all the time. The only thing I love to fry are the fried chicken. Other then that I usually bbq or grill my meat.

I love to bake also. I feel that baked food is much healthier than fried foods.

I prefer baked. i'm a guy who worries about staying healthy so i don't really eat anything fried.

In general I like baked foods better. They are so much heathier ( and not as messy to prepare).

That's not to say that I  won't  give in to an occasional fried chicken or fish and chips though.

I think it completely depends on what it is..? Some things taste better baked vs fried and vise versa
