So I have a accident that occurred about a month ago mid april 2013 somebody backed their car into my passenger side door. The police came and she was ticketed for no insurance she claimed she had insurance but did not give to me. So I called her no answer then saw her in court where she provided insurance from march 1st- september 1st so the judge dropped the case because she provided insurance i was so happy because i got her insurance so could get my car fixed then after she told me she actually did not have insurance at the time because she did not pay. So she told me she "would" pay me.... on the side so then she left I went back into court room to talk to the prosecutor and they said there is nothing they can do because she provided insurance but she did not have insurance the whole 6 months because she did not pay the sheet just showef 6 months so basically i just sit around and hope she pays any advice anyone ?
