Summer time in the Florida Keys
« on: May 21, 2013, 10:12:19 pm »
School is almost out and it's time for getting ready for summer in the Florida Keys.  Snorkeling, diving, boating, fishing, tanning at the beach and catching that lovely breeze.  Lobster, yellowtail and fresh key lime pie. Ymmm!  Let me know if your going and lets share our onshore and offshore hotspots and adventures!

The Keys are marvelous. There's really nowhere else like them. I hope you have a great trip.

I would like to hear about others and their times in the Keys. Living in the Keys is paradise.  I know a lot of conchs and am one my self.  I look forward to sharing the family fun hotspots and fishing favorites spots.  :fish:

If planning to drive to the Keys this weekend, please be patient.  Traffic will be heavy and it may take extra time to get to your island destination.  Drive safely and enjoy a relaxing weekend! :)

Tell us the best places to visit. Any free camping allowed?

Oh, my gosh!  How you have me smelling, feeling, hearing, touching, and seeing the beauty of the beach!  I've never been to the Keys.  I think if I were to visit, I would never leave.  Yes, BIG TIME BEACH BABY, here!  Tell me more!!  :)

well the seas are calm and blue like a rare turqoise, and it has few mini lands on it with marine sea creatures, the sun is warm and welcoming and at times its humid, there's alot of fishermens shops and stores. resturants are delicious and the palm trees make it an exotic tropical location, there are alot boats in their harbor and beautiful parks with a vew of lakes and sometimes the sea, another beautiful landmark is the bridge which is a few miles long that seperates itself in order to cross to miami, best part of this is when theres a sunset, you will see nothing but like gems in the sky
