who are your favorite Christian artists?

mine are Kari Jobe, Eddie James, William Murphy, Natalie Grant, Mercy Me, Casting Crowns, Israel Houghton/New Breed, Byron Cage, Newsboys, Vickie Yohe, and many more. Kari Jobe really does well on the song "Revelation Song" and her singing it impacts you.

I recently converted to Christianity. I used to listen to a lot of horrific rap/hiphop music, but I can't really listen to it anymore. I do listen to some christian rap artists. My favorites are Lacrae and Flame. I also listen to "K-Love" which is a gossipy christian internet radio thing. You can find it on Google.

There are so many but I love to listen to Mary Mary, and Trin-i-tee 5:7, I love all christian music so it is really hard to choose just one. I listen to it daily because it sound so good

My favorite (and one that most people don't realize started out as a more Christian rock group) is Creed. I think its great that they can write songs on Christian themes without explicitly stating that that is what they're doing; I think it is more receptive in the general population that way, hence the reason why Creed made it to the mainstream rock charts.

Similarly, Skillet is a great Christian rock band that made it onto the mainstream charts, again employing the strategy of singing about Christian themes without explicitly saying such.

I'm not familiar with many Christian artists.  When I tune into the radio most of the time I have a country station on.  At home when working I tend to have classical on in the background.  However there are two bands that I rave about as I have seen them both perform.  One was originally called Least of These.  Not to long ago they changed there name to Citizen Way.  They are from Joliet Illinois.  The other is called ... hmmmmmm for the life of me I can't remember it right now.

I don't really listen to Christian music and so I'm not familiar with the artists. But I do like Michael W. Smith and Creed...and some songs by Amy Grant.

We recently went to a charity/concert...Michael W. Smith sang a few along with Matthew West who was awesome. We got one of Matthew's cds. There are way too many good Christian artists to count. Been listening to this type of music for years. I do, however, like a variety of different types of music. Oh, and we went to a concert years ago that had...Mercy Me, Dave Crowder Band and Michael W. Smith.
