Just got my results for my May Doc's visit check up and.......

My blood pressure is normal but the surprise is I lost some weight without knowing it & now I'm off the obese BMI super fat range!
i'm really happy cuz it's been so long not being able to lose  any weight no matter how hard I try. Now if only I can remember how I lost weight without trying! LOL! 8) ;D :thumbsup: :wave:
