Has anyone had it? If so, what's your experience been with it?

I had a mild case a couple of years back, Luckily I did not have to have my Stomach pumped!! I just had fever about 101 Degrees and heading to the bathroom every 30 mins or so. I lasted about 2-3 days until it passed.

I have never had food poisoning.  People who eat certain foods that have been exposed to elements too long are susceptible to it.  I used to have an ex who would eat Chinese food two weeks after it sat in the refrigerator.  I told him he must have a cast-ironed stomach.  My husband had a thing of not wanting to throw out food that had sat in the refrigerator too long.  I told him I couldn't do that.  He didn't listen to me, but he listened to his cousin, which pissed me off because I told him the same thing. :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :BangHead:

I have never had it, and I too would like to know what it is like for people to go through that. I always just thought it was a really bad tummy ache.

Not sure if what I had was food poisoning or sun poisoning, but I was so sick.  My skin was clammy and I was about to pass out.  I was also throwing up everything that I ate.

I've had it and it's miserable.  About 6 hours after I ate a bad sandwich from a concession stand and every 15-30 min. I had to upheave.  By morning, I had stopped, but was horrible exhausted.  The cramps were soooo bad, I considered going to the hospital. Fortunately, I recovered, but it was nasty.

I have and it is no fun. Did know which i had to do first. sit on the pot with the waste basket . All because of some bad mushrooms. And we had ate the that restarant a dozen times traveling. Hubby had it super bad when he ordered a fish special at another restaurant. I told him not too becuse usually the specials are made from food that had been cooked from the day before and did not sell it all. This was just about 2 months after he had sevear heat stroke so things hit him a lot harder. Heat stroke hits really harder then food poisioning. It all can be very hard on the body.

Watch very careful what you drink and eat. Also, avoid mouth burning!

I have never  had food poisoning . However, I know to people who have had it. One was sick for about a day and the other for 2 days each one said they would not want to go through it again. It was n't a fun time. I hope I never experience it.
