Health issues!

Does anyone know why my eye skin under my eyes would keep peeling? I have tried everything to make skin go back to normal, but nothing has worked. I also noticed this same problem under my armpits. IF anyone knows what this is please let me know. I hope it is nothing serious.

   Have you tried eye drops for your eyes and body lotion for your arm pits?

I've tried eye drops but not lotion under my armpits. But I will give it a shot. Thanks.
