I don't suffer from that, but do have other chronic health conditions. They change our lives and sometimes turn our world upside down.  It's taken several years to finally be some regulated, however, I'm on a large amount of medications.  The way I see it, though, if being on that many helps me to have a better quality of life, then so be it!

I know people and have a couple of friends who struggle with Fibro.  If you ever want to just chat or vent, I'm here.  I'll bookmark this just in case you decide to.

Hang in there.  :)

No, I don't suffer from that, but I do suffer from COPD which is a serious respiratory disease which, unfortunately there is no cure. :'(

I don't but I have a friend who does.  Thankfully, her case is not severe and she's able to do most things on most days.  She was diagnosed 20 years ago.

My sister-in-law has it. After a lot of meds and going to doctors, she finally decided to try the holistic type. She cut out a lot of foods and started doing other things in the holistic area. With a lot of courage and keeping herself motivated to find a healthier lifestyle, she has improved a great deal in her disease. However, she still ocassionally has to rest during the afternoon but not quiet as often.

I don't have fibro, but I do have what is called SVT,(Super Vantricular Tacacardia). My heart rate and pulse can go from normal to double the norm in the snap of a finger when I walk to much or get to stressed. I also have alergies and asthma.

I think people experience fibromyalgia because they have very sensitive nerves. Everyone should take good care of their bodies every single day of their lifes. Good diet, exercise, good mental health and some mineral/vitamins supplements are part of living well.

I am fortunate to say no, that I do not.
For all of those that DO, my heart goes out to you, because I hear it's very painful.
 :dontknow:

Just trying to avoid stress can be hard, for sure.  Doing what you can, as you can, and having to rest in between is the best thing you can do for trying to avoid those flares, too.  I do the same with those things, too, or I would be a flaring basket case, with my issues.  Keep hanging in there, okay?  :)

I don't, but I know some people that do, and from what they say, they are in pain.
