live sample surveys

i have been tring to figure out why it keeps telling me i am under the age of 13 which i am far from it i am 52 it ask for your birthday at the begining and after a few question i get the screen that says you have be older then 13 has anyone else had this problem

No, I haven't had that problem. First time I heard of it. Must be a glitch somewhere.

I never do Live sample surveys I did 2 months ago with no credit,also samplico is another I don't bother with.

i have never had this problem either--so sorry you have been going through this tho--how frustrating that must be --i have enough trouble with the surveys with never qualifing!! hope you can figure this out and if you do let us know why it was doing this to you

UPDATE: I tried to take the live sample survey, and I also got I am under the age of 13, so I couldn't take the survey. It wouldn't let me proceed. The problem is on their end. I am 13 again, watch out.......

yea thats what it says when you dont qualify for that particular survey.....i think its a glitch.....if you just close out the survey and reclick the live sample link again you can try a different survey from live sample......I can usually get this one everyday.....be persistant with it and you should get one,

Try another browser? delete cookies and history?

I get problem too from Live Simple: Clicked the button, then that's it, nothing happen
