Mine has to be THE BIRDS. That movie is a classic. They don't seem to make them like they use to.

I guess it depends how old is old.  Some of mine are Citizen Kane, The Godfather, and On the Waterfront.

There are so many old movies that I love to watch over and over- including a lot of the old Hitchcock films.
But one that has been a favorite since I was a kid and that I have seen more than anything else is  "The Greatest Show on Earth".  Does anyone else remember this?
There was something about it that just captured my imagination and held.  I remember sitting in the theatre and watching a second showing then going back the next weekend and doing the same thing.  That was in the days you could still do that  ;D
And here's an update on my circus dreams:  Both my granddaughters are students at Circus Juventas and the older one is an aerialist.  I just returned from seeing both perform in the Spring Show.
Shades of The Greatest Show on Earth.   SEE IT if you're a kid at heart. :)  :star: :star: :star:

Imitation of Life is my favorite.  I cry whenever I see it.  Another one is Hatari!!  I like any movie with John Wayne in it.  I love a good funny movie that will make me laugh.  Munster Go Home is another funny favorite.  The remakes of the old movies are not all that great, in my opinion. ???

Well for my generation I suppose that 80's movies are considered old movies. I would say that Stand By Me is my favorite 80's/old movie.

Mine is Soylent Green with Charlton Heston. The older it gets, the more I see it coming to pass.

Singing in the Rain is my favorite musical.  Breakfast at Tiffany's. One of best 80s suspense movies is The Big Easy with Dennis Quaid and Ellen Barkin.

my favorite is the sound of music.  I can watch this movie over and over and it never gets old, my second favorite is *bleep* wonka and the chocolate factory.  Some movies never get old no matter that you have seen them well over 1000 times.

i love "my fair lady", i get made fun of for saying that, but i have always thought audrey hepburn was the most beautiful woman. a very close second is elizabeth taylor, if you have never seen her in "ivanhoe", you don't know what you are missing. always had a thing for woman with beautiful eyes
