Nope - I never "diet".  I just eat a lot of "live" foods and am very active to maintain my weight.  I'm hoping to slowly drop some weight naturally over the next few years as I added some due to an injury I had which decreased my normal activity level, but it's finally rehabbing nicely, so I'm expecting my activity level to increase again as it continues to heal, and that will ultimately result in me slowly shedding some pounds.

I've found the number on the scale is pretty meaningless - it's how your body functions that's more important.  If you can do your activities feeling strong and not getting winded, you're probably in healthy shape, regardless of what the scale says.

I am trying to eat more fruits and vegtables, my son is having a problem with joint pain, inflamation etc., one of the doctors suggested the Mediterrean diet, so I'm checking it out.

Yes, although whether I stick with it is up to me. I will actually diet whenever, I don't usually wait til a season hits, but if life gets in the way, I have trouble sticking with it.

I just started the 17 day diet yesterday.  I tried it before Thanksgiving and lost 14 pounds in 17 days.  But had to cook for Thanksgiving and Christmas.  And I gained most of it back.  Now summer is upon us and I want to lose more so I will feel better.  Hope everyone has a wonderful day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

Been counting points and eating better for 7 weeks. We walk at least 5 days a week. So
far so good down 30 lbs.

Well I am trying to not eat bad and eat light for this time of year. After all, the hotter it gets the less I want to eat.

That's the problem with those restrictive diets. You're almost guaranteed to gain the weight back once you go back to eating normally.
