Where can I cash my payout check?

You can  also get referals from walmart. When you cash your check ask for their email to send a link!!

I thought the op said he doesn't have a bank account, so cashing them at their bank really isn't an option.

As stated, you have a number of options:
1) Cash the check in-person at Bank of the West, where the check is drawn from.  That is free and you should only need ID.
2) Cash the check at a Walmart which offers it.  Not all of them do - but it's listed online which locations will do it.
3) Find a local check-cashing shop, or a convenience store, where they will cash the check for a fee.

Keep in mind, that even if you don't have a bank account, you can still sign up for a relatively low-fee prepaid debit card (e.g. accountnow) and have your FC earnings direct-deposited on to it.  That way you have quick access to your cash, and no headaches with check cashing.  Depending on how many checks you cash this could offer savings for you, too, even taking into account the debit card fees.

You should be able to go to any bank and cash the check.
