Lottery
« on: May 04, 2013, 04:47:10 am »
I think it'd be fun if we could maybe (voluntarily) take $0.25 from our earnings and submit it to a random draw. The winner would get the proceeds.

So we enter a quarter and might make $10 or so.

Just a thought...it wouldn't cost FC anything.

It doesn't have to be 25 cents...it can be whatever...a nickle...whatever.

The administrator will ask for suggestions every once in a while. You should submit it and see what happens. Good Luck.

That could be a good idea, but you need to see what FC thinks about it.

I think I would try this, but I don't think I would win. I'm not that lucky. It would be nice though.

Heck I would try it, would be kinda cool, maybe make it .05 and run everyday. make it like a 3 or 4 digit number and split the proceeds between all the winners, if none it rolls to the next day. :notworthy:

I agree would be very fun. I think it should be weekly though so the jackpot would have a chance to build up just in case there are multiple winners. It would kind of suck if you were a winner but what you won was less than what you paid to enter because you had to split with other winners.

This is an interesting idea! I would do this but probably at a lower price but then again more people probably would so this would decrease my chances.  So if they had a couple different contest that would probably be better. One at a lower cost of entrance and a higher cost.

Unfortunately, any kind of sweepstakes, lottery, drawing, slot machine -- anything with random chance of cash winnings -- is highly regulated by the 50 states.  It would cost us a great deal of money and time to get our sweepstakes certified by state agencies, since there is no single common organization, and different states have different laws about it.

That makes sense. Well, if you'd be so kind, please feel free to deposit all previously collected 25-cents into my account and I will gladly forget this ever happened.  ;D

I'm just kidding.   :angel12:

I play lotto in my town but rarely win.  Maybe my luck will be better if this site offered drawings once a month.
