will dc comics sweep the box office?

i keep hearing rumors, just rumors of dc projects coming to the big screen, while marvel is going full force, they need to catch up in a bad way, they are missing out on a great riveray that would make both companys bank.

Who knows? I just know that the new wolverine movie looks like crap. CG all over the place.

I grew up reading Marvel, but wouldn't mind seeing some DC hit the big screen.  There have already been several like the Batman and Superman series, along with Green Hornet and Green Lantern.

Maybe, as long as they stay with the original story line &not change it. Comic fan don't like changes after they've know the original storyline  from the comic!

I think the problem DC has is they focus so much on "realisim".Marvel doesn't care if their stuff would fly in the real world.You get a good idea of that in The Avengers.But the Batman movies and Arrow,for example,are trying very hard to make their stories plausible in the real world.

DC/WB did try to do something outside the box with Green Lantern,but for whatever reason,it didn't get good reviews,which urged them to go farther and farther from the fantastical.
