My completed offers have EXPIRED??????????????????
« on: October 06, 2007, 06:20:46 pm »
Why do some of the offers I have completed say "expired". None of the other sites pull that on you ! :bs:

Per the Terms of Service, offers and bonuses expire if not cashed out within 180 days of being credited.

We realize that this policy may be frustrating, but if we cannot "close out" accounts after a certain period, our accounting becomes unmanageable.

We feel that 180 days is an adequate time to cashout your funds, since the minimum for payment is low and you can easily reach it by completing no-credit-card-required offers.

I think that is totally fair. Hey, even my checks that I recieve from my regular job have "Void if not cashed within 90 days" printed on it.

Hey Kohler I was thinking that the expired issue might go away if you cashed them out at the end of the 180 days and sent it by the requested way. Now some may not be set up to get the money a certain way and that is their problem. Just a thought to help with the people that do not read the TOS. By the way keep throwing down the hammer on the refferal links, they are annoying.

You should consider linkng your paypal...it's easy to avoid he expired stuff. Also, I have had friends who signed up but didn't cashout and lost the referral money. How do I avoid that?

so with this expire thing so it doesn't matter how much money you have in your account if you don't cash out you loose it all?

I also agree.  Why not grab the money while you can.

I think it would probably be easier to cashout within 180 if you were credited with all the offers that you complete.  180 days to cashout is understandable.

I agree, that it's enough time to cash out, but I have a question for you. I had $13.50 in my account, now it's $7.50. When I looked at all my approved offers, a lot of them expired after they were approved. The balance in my account went down, WHY? All I needed to do was complete some more offers before cashing out. I asked the same question on the other sites that I am a member of, and you know what they said, once the offer gets credited and then expired, the balance DOES NOT GO DOWN. Here it did. Now that's not fair. Please, help me.

your balance will go down if your offers expire.... you only have 180 days to cashout on those offers and if not then they expire and that means so does your profit from them

Offers expire. It makes complete sense. Try making the minimum as soon as possible and cashout. That way, you'll never have an expired offer =)
