$4.50 Personal Health Habits Interview
« on: April 26, 2013, 08:33:51 pm »
I just took the Personal Health Habits Interview....it took about 20 minutes (which I didn't mind at all), but it wasn't really about health habits at all, it was about some new foods and opinions about their idea's / prices / choices, etc.  And when I was credited for it, it was only $2.  ( Showed up in my credits as "On the Go Food Survey")

The Personal Health Habits Interview still shows up in my FC Surveys  Paid Surveys list, but when I click on it, it says I've already completed this survey.  The page goes grey when I close the pop up window, but the survey in the list does not vanish as they normally do.

Hmmmm..
Odd...

 ??? ??? ??? :o :o :o :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow:

I tried the $4.50 Personal Health Habits Interview today. After the screening questions I was redirected to a survey about cell phones.I completed this survey and was credited $1.00.At least I got something out of this one.It was the only survey I qualified for today.

OMG! The same exact thing happened to me, earlier today. Thought I was the only one who experienced this. There were 3 FC Surveys on my list when I logged on this morning, so I started off with the higher paying one, which was 'Short Automotive Survey ($2.60)', if I remember the name correctly. Anyhow, I successfully completed the survey and received a 'Congratulations' end page. Took me about 15 mins to complete the survey. When I checked my 'Account' page, I had instead received $1 for the 'Fun in the Kitchen Study'. That survey was indeed one of the 3 on my list, however, I hadn't clicked that one yet and it wasn't the one I had just successfully completed. And there's a big difference between $1 and $2.60, so I wasn't happy at all. Anyhow, I then went back to the FC Survey list and when I clicked the 'Short Automotive Survey' again, it now said 'You're already taken this survey'. Yeah right! So obviously, I didn't get the 1 cent DQ Bonus for that one and received credit for the wrong survey.  :angry7:  After that, I clicked the 3rd and last FC Survey on the list and luckily, I was able to qualify and successfully complete that survey as well. It was a $1 survey and I received the correct amount for that one. Got 2 DQ Bonuses for 2 other FC Surveys that appeared on my list a few hours later and just now, I was able to once again complete another $1 FC Survey. So, in the end I completed 3 FC Surveys and received credit for each one, however, one of the credits wasn't the correct amount. I considered opening a Support Ticket but couldn't be bothered. I used to open Support Tickets each time a Survey didn't credit but got so tired of receiving the same generic/useless answer. If the Administrator himself was going to respond to my ticket, I'd open one but there's no guarantee that my Ticket will be answered by him....so no point. I'll just keep the $3 I earned with the 3 FC Surveys today. Could've been $5.60 instead of $3 but hey, at least I received some credit for each survey. Sometimes, we don't get credit even though we successfully completed a survey and received a 'Congratulations' end page...so some is better than none. :)   :P

Wow, I really do not even know what to say. This is really weird and as much as I have experienced a lot of things with the surveys, this is an entirely new one for me. That is a huge difference truly and I just hope that all the issues with FC surveys will be resolved sooner rather than later.

I do believe they are using some kind of tracking devise.  I went to do a survey through vin., which I sign up with through fc, and at the end fc said thank you, you have been credited.  However neither site has credited me yet.  I really do try and do all survey through fc because they pay the best. I should say I trust them to pay me .  God bless

I had a FC survey that I took on the 11th, which was a fun entertainment survey. The amount was for $4.30, but when I completed it, I was only credited $2. Didn't think much of it as I was glad to get the $2. On the 17th, I got an e-mail from FC saying that the amount was corrected, and I was credited the $4.30. That made me very happy. They did, however, take away the $2 that I was originally credited, but I'll take the $4.30 instead of the $2 any day. I'm saying all of this to say that I believe FC will make the correction, since they corrected mine. Glad you did get some credit for the survey you completed.

Many of the surveys are listed for $2-$4, but completing them only pays $1. Sometimes for the same survey, sometimes for a different one. I had three the other day that should have been worth $8.80, I got three bucks. Shouldn't complain I guess, but that "extra" $5.80 they were advertised to be worth.....where did it go?  :dontknow:

I was excited to see so many surveys. I usually do not qualify for many surveys but I thought the law of averages would be in my favor. Unfortunately this was not the case. :crybaby2:

I also tried to take that survey and it would not allow me to. It did disappear from my surveys though. I do feel as though I am not qualifying for many surveys lately.

Glad I wasn't the only one running into this.....and the email about correcting it from the lower payment to the higher payment is AWESOME!!  That's the great thing about FC...they stay on top of things as much as they can and try to be as fair and honest as possible.  I've done surveys for other sites and took forever to get paid or just never got paid at all....
I'll watch for the email and the change in the credit to see if I get that too....but if not, I can live with the credit I did get....any credit is better than not qualifying at all.

Hmm I guess just mention it to FC.  I doubt they can do anything.  That's why I avoid surveys!
